Co-Sponsoring and Endorsements

Here is what you can expect of us and what we expect from you:

Co-Sponsoring

• A liaison from the GPOAC will have the option to serve on the event, campaign, or action's Steering Committee, Planning Committee, or relevant board from the earliest possible planning stages of the event, campaign, or action. The GPOAC may not always elect to send a liaison.

• The event, campaign, or action will be shared on social media.

• The event, campaign, or action will be shared in dedicated emails.

• The GPOAC Outreach Team will activate its “phone tree,” text-banking team, or relevant network to encourage participation of other GPOAC members.

• The GPOAC expects to be acknowledged as a co-sponsor on social media and in literature related to the event, campaign, or action.

• The GPOAC expects to be tagged in social media posts related to the event, campaign, or action.

• The GPOAC pledges to send at least seven representatives to the culmination of the event, campaign, or action.

Endorsing

• The event, campaign, or action will be shared on social media.

• The event, campaign, or action will be shared in already-planned emails.

• The GPOAC expects to be acknowledged as an endorser on social media related to the event, campaign, or action.

• The GPOAC expects to be tagged in social media posts related to the event, campaign, or action.

• The GPOAC pledges to send at least three representatives to the culmination of the event, campaign, or action.
